Critically acclaimed by Strings magazine as “masters of their instruments”, the ELYSIAN ENSEMBLE are winners of an Artists International Award in 1996, when they made their New York debut at Weill Recital Hall of Carnegie Hall. Elysian is delighted to participate in this fund raising event with a flute, cello, and piano trio. The program will include classical and jazz works inspired by nature, by composers Claude Debussy, Louise Farrenc, Katherine Hoover and Joe Utterback. Limited space. Includes dinner reception.

Green Mountain Coffee Visitor Center & Café Music on the Porch 2010

Located on the porch of the beautifully restored Waterbury train station, the Music on the Porch series features some amazing regional talent.  The train station, now known as the Green Mountain Coffee Visitor Center, serves as a place to educate visitors on the process of harvesting and making coffee.  Take a self guided tour that allows you to:

  • Learn how coffee is grown, harvested, processed, and roasted
  • Sample coffees from around the world
  • Experience the “taste of place” that makes each coffee unique
  • Discover unique gifts and artisanal crafts from coffee-growing communities

July 28, Cafe Noir Cabaret,  preview of the coming show,

August 18, Jim Branca, original music with American roots
